Migas
Gazpacho de invierno
MIGAS
( for four people)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Kg 1/2 de potatoes (salt on
taste)
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1 Kg bread (from the day before)
- 1/2 litre olive oil
- 1 glass of hot water
- 1/3 litre white wine
PREPARATION
METHOD:
- Fry the garlic and put them
apart.
- Fry chopped potatoes (then,
add the garlic and remove some olive oil).
- Chop the bread y big and thing
slices.
- When the potatos are ready,
add on top the bread slices.
- Add the hot water over the bread.
- Cook it on a low flame.
- Move it from time to time until
the mixture is completed.
- Add some white wine.
YOU CAN HAVE IT WITH:
- Dressing olives
- Orange
- Roast sardines

GAZPACHO
DE INVIERNO for 4 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 kg potatoes
- 1/2 Kg iberic pork chitterlings
- a bunch of coriander
- 4 spoons of olive oil
- 2 spoons of vinegar
- 1 slice of bread
- Salt
PREPARATION
METHOD:
- Boil the potatos. (Take
them apart)
- Road the chitterlings.
- Then, mash the chitterlings,
salt and coriander in a morter.
- Once the dough is thin,
add two potatoes (already boilded), olive oil and Viniegra and mash
it all.
- Add water to thicken.
- Chop the left potato.
- Add the bread in cuts.
- Salt and vinegar on taste.
